Following the plan, increased by 2 daily those best contacts. Meeting with one slow buyer tomorrow and he says he's ready to get serious. (finally) Met with referral group today and presented our new Concierge program. Better name describes what we do, they liked it. Will give a full presentation when printed materials are available. Gives me lots to share with the primary sphere. Been working the crowd a CU spring soccer games, another one coming up this weekend. |

Got the Toll brothers contract confirmed, met with client at Design Center to check at decor items they wanted my opinion on. Got the office part done. Continued with new strategy to place more contacts in New Panda, it's working great. Volunteered with HOA board of directors as Treasurer dealing with investments, board meeting and working with new contractors for subdivision. Using these contacts for lead generation as well. Set up Market Report step for the prospects going into New Panda. Trained on Moxi and like it so much I'll be working on increasing skill level. Easter Weekend was ++, great family time. |
