So this is not my current weight. I found a summer job and it really helps against depression. Also I'm seeing friends regularly!
For the food as I concentrated on other things and as I did a plan with the doc I'm noticing that I'm letting go and that it is wonderful. The problem is that the more I want to control the worse it becomes. Because I can only control my food during the meal times. And during All the time left I have to think and do something else. I don't know what will happen with my weight but let s see what happens.
Living a meaningful life is most important. Also I got back to christian values and with one more : joy!
I don't eat healthy all the time but I manage to still put sugar off and get lots of veggies and fruits. So yay! And I'm not frustrated..

This year has been a little catastrophy but I'll learn from it!!

I havent logged in in a bit since my last contract ended, but I still seem to be stuck between 135 and 137 (goal was 130). I've made some pretty significant lifestyle changes over the past few weeks though. One of my struggles has really been on decreasing the amount of sugar and carbs I consume. Switching mostly to sugar free candy and desserts has really helped - I've cut my sugar consumption in half and have largely been able to avoid giving in to temptation. I've also focused on net vs total carbs and have seen a decline. Biggest thing is I decided I should try to maintain my weight and stop obsessing quite as much (my current weight isnt 'bad'). I've felt pretty out of control around food, and wonder if feeling more in control of what I'm eating is a bigger picture goal for me.

Not doing IF right now, but would still like to. Not sure if I'll set another goal on here right now.

Dealing with the depression should help alleviate the temptation to get off track. I'm rooting for you!

Hey how are you doing? How is ot with your diet?
Actually I was not doing a nice job. Had a lot goimg on and the weight went a bit up. But I'm seeing a doctor and my priority is to eat healthily with a plan that I follow approximately to avoid irregularity. And my first problem was isolation and depression so I need to work on that too. Afterwards it will be easier for the weight.
So tjat was it but I didn't have any money to lose anymore...
