Don't worry just eating healthier/portion control and doing what you can when you can will slowly get the lbs & inches off. You're not there only one needing to do it! My jeans are feeling REALLY TIGHT!!😩😵

You might want to Re-evaluate your goals and make a short term plan which might be a little easier to attain. Watch how much you move/eat daily for a week then the following week cut back intake by half and double movement. Sometimes taking bites out of the elephant are easier than trying to eat it all at once. Keep working at it.
