I'm going to exercise everyday if i can my new yoga mat should have arrived i want o be the most athletic on the floor now that CJ has gone!! |

I have a problem with food I reward myself with bad food to make myself feel good I say i deserve it No I do not deserve bad food I do not deserve large portions as it will kill me I want to live long I want o be fit and smart i went to the gym today and was super productive today!! Happier and less angry too less stressed just a nicer person I simply cannot believe it!! |
