For breakfast yesterday I ate a banana (green) and a black cherry yoghurt (red/green). For lunch I ate 2 ham sandwiches (green) and 3 chocolate eggs (red). For dinner I ate roast chicken, roast potatoes and mixed veg (all green).

For breakfast today I ate a bowl of apricot flakes (red). For lunch I ate two ham sandwiches and 5 cherry tomatoes (green) and a chocolate cupcake (red). For dinner I had a chicken kiev with carrots, broccoli and cabbage (all green), and a meringue nest with tinned peaches and mandarin orange segments (red).

For dinner yesterday I had a Dominos pepperoni wrap (green), and a chocolate melt and 4 cookies (all red!).
