Don't read any news online and watch any porn. When done offline, both are fine.
Examples of wrong web pages: lenta.ru cnn.com navalny.livejournal.com newscasts on youtube doble anal action on pornhub What's ok: an article on nytimes, for example on health. i.e. something of long lasting value, not news article whatever is in Spanish, Portuguese, German, Igbo, Braille etc. It's language learning.
