Most of the time, I feel like I just want to stay indoors and do nothing. In my mind, I thought it would be cold and that I would feel bad doing it. Apparently, if I walk with confidence, then I don't really feel bad about it. I think it might be easier if I wake up at a specific time, sharp. Even though I might feel uncomfortable to do so, but I think that might just fix my unreliable sleep schedule and problem with routine |

| I find it cold to walk to the gym in shorts, and I don't like it when the gym is crowded. I think I could wear long socks and go there anyway just for 5 minutes. If I don't feel good, then I just come back. | |
