All 3 must be recorded, edited, and publicly posted before midnight—no skipping, no excuses, no drafts-only days, no ‘make it up tomorrow,’ and no exceptions for mood, work, gym, or sickness. Each Reel must follow my Hook → Retain → Reward framework. A missed day resets the challenge. This is about discipline, consistency, and momentum.
