I got it in and walked for 34 minutes. Fortunately or unfortunately I've removed meditation off of my wellness plan goals but I'm still getting the steps in every day. |

I got it in. It was a struggle, and I didn’t walk as much as I typically would, but I got it in, nonetheless. I think I’m going to remove meditation from my wellness plan. However, I am a little nervous about doing it because it might have a cascading effectas I am feeling a little less motivated these days. I will push through! |

I got part one in and I’m seriously now thinking of dropping part two. The meditation, it’s not that I don’t want to do it but that I’m a little stressed for time. I don’t know if I should keep that as part of my wellness goal or remove it. Thinking! |

I was able to get in my "commitment" but unfortunately I'm not going to be able to get in Part 2, the meditation. I got up so late today but I did walk around the development once then I went to Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks before walking back home. I'm a little disappointed in myself but I atleast got in the exercise component of my wellness routine and that's a good thing! |
